“Watches are more than accessories – they are an expression of identity, style and appreciation for something special.”
Léon-Maurice Pillau
Founder & Director
My fascination with watches began at a young age. Inspired by hip-hop videos featuring sparkling Rolex models, I dreamed of owning one myself. At 15, I used my savings to buy my first luxury watch – instead of a moped license.
A year later, my first Rolex followed: a GMT-Master 1675. This watch was the catalyst for everything that followed – and laid the foundation for studio perpetual.
Today I live my passion for mechanical watches as a self-employed entrepreneur in this very industry.
Studio Perpetual is an expression of this passion. My goal is not just to sell watches, but to pass on stories. Every model that passes through our hands is carefully examined, documented, and treated as a cultural artifact—not just a commodity.
Rolex watches have had a particularly strong influence on me. Their history, their technical innovation, and their cultural influence are far more than a status symbol for me—they are a piece of contemporary history.
"I believe that a watch is far more than an instrument for measuring time. It is an expression of style, attitude, and personal aspiration."
Why Studio Perpetual?
More than a shop – a curated world of extraordinary accessories.
Passion instead of mass production
Studio Perpetual was born from a genuine passion for extraordinary objects. We select pieces that have character – not simply products that just sell well.
Curated pieces with a story
We are not interested in interchangeable accessories. We are looking for objects with a backstory, design DNA, and cultural significance.
A new perspective on luxury
For us, luxury is not about volume or logos. It is about style, individuality, and pieces that you wear intentionally – not just possess.
